What is the special difficulty with replacing/installing an Arwa faucet? No plumber in Manhattan will do it.

They are afraid of the unfamiliar. And fearful of the extra care they would need to take dealing with a $700 faucet and god-knows how much the sink cost.
Find a reliable and conscientious "handyman" with at least some skill level. Even offer to be his helper for the job.
Shouldn't take rocket science.
