If I mixed flat black paint into aluminum roof sealant to change the color would that cause any problems with sealing leaks?

What is the aluminum roof sealant made of ?
What is the paint: latex, oil, other ?
If you mix incompatible materials the sealant will never set...
It is better to locate and obtain the proper sealant in a premixed color which blends in with the thing you are trying to water seal...

Probably better to locate some paint pigment.
It wont be roof cement anymore,
Why dont you throw in some honey or corn syrup while your at it, you bone headed doofus!
