Air conditioning or not, term = Central air & heat

Out of curiosity, when an owner lists the term "Central air & heat", does that mean the unit does have air conditioning?

It should mean air conditioning. It should also mean that the air is piped into each room and no window units either.

What Rakph said. To me that term would mean that the A/C and the Heat both come from the same place.....like coming thru ductwork. It can't hurt to ask the seller exactly what they mean.
