Hi,,My neighbor has a 1999 Yard Bug and somehow lost the bolt and lock washer that holds the engine pulley on. I found the specs for size,length and threads but nothing to say if it is a hardened steel bolt or not. I'm thinking to go with the hardened version but is it neccessary if hard to find? TIA. Dean
