Hi I have a sod lawn about 2 years old. Tall fescue. Lawn looks sick. Not growing, top half of blade yellowish. Live in so cal area. I dont remember my lawn being so dorment looking? Do I need to fertilize? I put down some liquid fertiziler a in December, not much of a reaction TIA for any help
