my lawn has got some patchy areas that i want to repair with sprigs/stolons. which sounds like the best plan?
1) remove dead grass. dig up soil. place stolons & mix with fertilizer. cover w/ topsoil.
2) remove dead grass. dig up soil & rake the soil. wait a week. a week later, place stolons.
