Cub Cadet Zforce 50" problem

New problem: When blades are engaged, engine dies.

148 hours on unit. Cleaned air filter. Oil level good. Blades turn freely by hand - no binding. New blades with bagger attachment last month. Not using bagger because grass too high - too much rain lateley. Seems like the RPM's used to be higher prior to engagement. Throttle cable needs adjustment? Doug B.

Might be a problem with one of the safety switches. Check the seat switch. If it thinks no one is sitting in the seat when the blades are engaged it will ground the ignition and kill the engine.
