After about 2 years the dough hook simply jammed in place - It simply wont budge. Apparently it is not an uncommon problem, but the manufactures won't admit to it being a design fault. They just advised me to take it to my local repair agent. Having an Engineering background it rather goes against the grain to do that! I want to sort it out myself, so I'm looking for some direction. The model is a Kenwood Chef Major KM10 Titanium
