Reduced condenser coil sizing on account of reduced TD dependence. Particularly great for hot climates.



During high loads the low liquid temperatures enhance system performance, during low loads the warmer liquid temperatures suspend oil returning evaporator mass flows.



What else?


Wouldn't modulating the airflow achieve the same results?
