rough opening for Carrier 52F wall sleeve

Does anyone know what the rough opening should be for the



52F wall sleeve? The Carrier installation manual gives 52F "wall sleeve dimensions" of (25 7/8" (W) x 15 9/16 (H) ), but are they inside, outside or rough dimensions?

They are roughly inside on the width and outside on the Height. The depth is just plain rough. Bubba

Things are rough all over. I would cut it oversize then frame it in then fill it in with great stuff then use homasote over it then slap it up then drill them holes zackly where they should be and core drill the blow hole.
