Just kidding....HI I have noticed through alot of research on here...(for my newfurnace) That people say things likeyoull die or your stupid if you buy your furnace off the internet.I live in Syracuse,NY. And I was getting quotes of around $2500....toreplace my old 50% effiecient95000btu furnace with a 95% dual temp...variable speed 70000btugoodman. I went on ebay andbought THE SAME EXACT UNIT....brand NEW....for $860 delivered to mydoor. The local guyshere assured me due to "liability" and warranties they can't installit and noone would (ha).....I waspersistant. And found a cool Hvac owner who told me of an independentlicenced bondedinstaller....one of his previous employees infact...with 15yrs exp andgave me his cell number.....It takes awhile (bout a dozen calls) butYOU CAN TRACK SOMEONE DOWN WHOKNOWS WHAT THEYRE DOINGwho doesnt act like they're a medical doctor or the IRS....or that youowe an Industry more thanyou owe yourself and your family....I'll be enjoying my furnace FREEafter just a season of gassavings versus two or even three seasons paying local HVACprice....Plus with fed and state tax deals the furnace basicly wasfree.....because i found a licensed hvac guy willing to make some sidemoney....and after somenegotiations it was installed beutifully for $350 took him bout 4hours...including the maching work(or whatever it is where they make the connection to the duct).....andsince he is certified and usesgoodman himself....i lucked out and even have a warranty!!....but ifyou dont get as lucky, whocares!!!....You saved $1300 !!!! You can fix alot of problems withthat.....But I bought a top brandand top of the line....so im sure there will be no problems...Also local heat guys told me those where "factoryseconds"....explaining some dont passGoodmans standards...and these they unload cheap....obviously alie.(BEWARE....these guys willsay ANYTHING to get you off the internet deals)..no major corp is gonnaputtheir name on seconds and sell them off to the...

Supposed to get it finished tomorrow... They got heat now, but no cooling. They were supposed to get a 13SEER heat pump... they got a 10 SEER A/C with strip heat and installed by the lowest bidder.
