Does anyone have recommendations of a site that sells perennials native to Maryland, as well as non-natives?

they don't specifically sell "Maryland" natives, I'll bet that there are a lot of overlapping species.
Just a major plug.....
These folks have open house a few times a year where you can purchase plants and avoid shipping. You will find a few people from Longwood Gardens about to answer a few of your questions at the open houses.
While up here for lunch consider.
Which is close by. A great day trip.
