6-8 inches depending on the severity of your winters.
More bang for your buck planting a pile of A. hollandicul or A. aflatunense
When in doubt set bulbs or seeds about 4x as deep as their longest dimension.
I'll try those, the globemasters are pricey. Thanks for the info.
