My garage door is jammed. I think I know the problem but I have no other access to the garage besides the roll door.
I think the sleeve that slides the door along the opener track has caught somewhere. The openener hasn't worked for awhile and I have the sleeve unlocked to allow for free movement of the door....

I have a Gene 1/2hp model G-5050 garage door opener, does anyone know the sequencing board part number ?
Lights do not turn off, I have a sticking relay on the sequencing board. Would like to order another One but can't find the number of the board.

after replacing the plastic gears the motor will only run for a few seconds and then I hear a clicking sound do I need a new motor ?
The plastic gears were completely stripped out and would not lift the door any longer. I ordered the replacement gears and changed out the main gear and the worm gear . When the opener would only move...
