is there such a thing as a 10 ft spring loaded extension rod and if so what would it cost.

garage door will only go up and down about 8"

One side has an "eye" that is red the other side has no "eye"...Help!

My garage door is jammed. I think I know the problem but I have no other access to the garage besides the roll door.

I think the sleeve that slides the door along the opener track has caught somewhere. The openener hasn't worked for awh...

Lights do not turn off, I have a sticking relay on the sequencing board. Would like to order another One but can't find...

after replacing the plastic gears the motor will only run for a few seconds and then I hear a clicking sound do I need a new motor ?

The plastic gears were completely stripped out and would not lift the door any longer. I ordered the replacement gears...
