hi
has anyone come across a possible virus/disease presenting on potat leaves. it begins as a white raised area on the leaf, which the spreads leaving holes on the leaf. the holes are surrounded by white/yellow ring. thank you.

You've got tohope it isn't late blight...
Though this is a diagnostic for tomato leaves, it might help:
