On reading the plans it states wiring should not come into contact with insulation, but requires the first floor to be insulated between joists with rockwool !!

You OP'd a thread yesterday in a different group (uk.diy) with the subject UK wiring diagrams domestic. Are we to suppose this post pertains to the same 'woe'?
