Wetwall vs B&Q plastic tile-effect stuff

Hi,

I am putting in a shower and a bath in two different rooms, and quite fancy using wetwall-type plastic panels rather than tiles. The panels seem to be about £120 a sheet, but B&Q do small ones 800-odd mm wide x about 2m high for £40 a shot. The difference seems to be that the B&Q ones are much thinner, but I can't imagine this matters a toss.

Any warnings or recommendations about either type of product?

Thanks
