Does anyone know of a supplier of sound reduction material that can be fixed to a ceiling or be used to replace a ceiling. Purpose is to reduce noise from flat upstairs. Any help would be welcome.

If you want to buy locally over the counter then your Yellow Pages is probably the best bet. If you want to buy online then a Google for soundproofing supplies domestic is probably your best bet. For example:
