Had a new electric shower put in. A Gainsborough 10Kw. When the setting is on cold, the pressure is high but when its on hot, the pressure drops right down.
from centre position, where blue and red meet, (call is 12 oclock) pressure is fine, but as soon as its on hot at say 2 oclock, it drops right back. moving it from 2 oclock to full (5 oclock), there is not much difference.

Unles it's a shower using hot water from elsewhere, yes.
The weather is quite cold so it's going to take longer to heat the water. You could try getting a better shower head. Spmething with a finer spray
You get 10kW of heating. The higher the temperature, the less water. Also, the colder the inlet water, the less outflow. This is the problem with instant electrics.
