EDF says it has installed a new Customer Management and Billing system, which it says cannot work with quarterly billing cycles, however, other suppliers are already using this software and can provide quarterly billing - it is an often used trite phrase that monthly billing is simple and easy, but paying £700 per month often taken more than a couple of months to save-up!
