Just keep everything caulked and Spray-On (with a Garden Pump Sprayer) a one-and-done Stucco Sealer. Ghostshield's Siloxa-Tek 8500 ( https://www.homedepot.com/p/Ghostshield-1-gal-Invisible-Penetrating-Water-Based-Concrete-and-Masonry-Sealer-Plus-Water-and-Salt-Repellent-8500/205212675 ) or Radonseal's LastiSeal Waterproofing Brick Concrete and Paver Sealer ( https://www.homedepot.com/p/LastiSeal-2-5-Gal-Long-Lasting-Waterproofing-Brick-Concrete-and-Paver-Sealer-143/207021991 ). These will ensure the caulk does a complete job and won't be bypassed by saturation seepage.
