Do you have any air pockets when filling with the integra glue?

We have tried to use intergra glue for inlaying but everytime we struggle with air pockets. Then we refill multiple times and still get little micro air pockets. Is there a sure way to get rid of this issue with heat or other methods or do i need to thin the glue out with methyl methacrylate.
