Have you ever seen water form on the outside of a glas of water or soda? The is refered to as the due point of the saturated air. When hot humid air meets cold the heat transfer from the warm air to the cold surface, the water in the air collects on the surface of the glass. This is called condensation. Apperantly you have the A/C located in a high humidity area. Provided the unit is large enough to properly dehumify the air the condensation on the vents should cease at some point.
