Wiring up for a 50" LCD TV

I am currently rewiring my house. I am using one of the rooms as a TV room and would like to have a large screen LCD on the wall with out any cables showing. I don't plan on getting the LCD for about a year. My thought is to have a 35mm dual flush steel pattress box behind where the LCD would hang and the same below where the tuner box would be. I would join these boxes with 20mm conduit x 4 (To give me plenty of scope). The idea behind this is that I could add any cables I wanted at a later date. I would also run one length of conduit from the bottom socket to under the floor. This would be to run cat5 or maybe cat7 back to a patch panel in a cupboard in the hall as I plan on installing an av server unit and flood wiring the house with FTP cable. Any help or feedback on this would be appreciated.

Kind Regards

Ricky

You will struggle to get a DVI or HDMI cable through a 20mm conduit and they aren't easy to solder.
