OT: Cost of LPG bulk gas?

I just paid 31p a litre for mine from Lister Gases in Brum...anyone know of cheaper?

How much heat do you get from a litre of bulk LPG? It's about 10kW/hr from oil, I just paid 24.5p/l (+VAT @ 5%) for 28sec oil.

It's about the same. I've changed from LPG in the last year because the price kept rising.
