Yes, that would be it then. The boiler is in the utility room. and the HW cylinder is directly above it in the airing cupboard.

Yup that makes sense. The Mexico has four tappings on its heat exchanger, so you can have a pumped circuit and a separate gravity circuit it you want. (mine just had plugs in the two spare ones)
