Microbore manifold

I have discovered that the microbore manifold on my heating system has corroded and is weeping, are these readily available and how much? Thanks

A description would help

Input pipe size 28, 22?

Number of outputs? Size of outputs 8mm 10mm?

Copper or plastic, soldered, pushfit?

sorry here's the description 2x22mm and 8x10mm out copper and all threaded fixings to the manifold.
