Heating for a conservatory

A friend of mine is in the process of building a conservatory, probably about 9 - 12 sqm floor area all in. Its a five sided design (i.e. rectangle with the corners cut off)... hardwood frames, all DG (part L compliant units).

Hence the questions to those of you who have similar arrangements:

What heating system do you have in it? Do you like it? Does it work well? Would you do it that way again?

I don't think it is going to get full time usage, but probably reasonably frequent. Since this is a new build he can go for whatever is most suitable.

The current favourite suggestions with the management (his SWMBO ;-) are either skirting rads, or UFH. Traditional rads are probably third on the list.

Heat source will be the pre-existing vented CH system (10 year old Ideal Mexico cast iron lump). There is no thermal store however, so no source of "warm" water. The floor slab is not yet screeded and has 4" insulation in it already.
