Might do...
None of the ones that came out had the cross-cut wedged full of dust, though, as you'd expect if that was the problem.
Get them out, and use resin to embed anchor bolts in whatever ugly hole you're left with?
You don?t need to do that with that design of bolt.

Angle grinder:-)
No seriously! Angle grind a shallow slot either side of the pin and use a claw hammer or wrecking bar to lever it out.
Those bolts turned up, and have been fixed. To start with, I thought we'd got a similar raging f*ck-up - they just did not want to go into the holes I'd drilled out to 20mm. A bit of gentle tapping got the first one far enough in to be THOROUGHLY not-coming-out-again, but gentle tapping got it no further in. Hitting hard with a piece of wood as a bolt-end- protector didn't do much, either.
Remove the bit of wood, and batter away with the club hammer, and they did go all the way home. And they are NEVER coming out again... The ramp is now properly bolted down, and all finished and tested. I'm just waiting for a 30mm socket to arrive, then I can properly torque the nuts, instead of just nipping 'em up - then we can shove a car into the air.
Thanks for all the suggestions. Last week was a bit stressful because of this...
Have you checked the size of your drill? Masonry bits wear out and get skinnier quite quickly.

Hadn't thought about that. The 19mm SDS I was using was brand new. The
20mm is older and of unknown history (sourced from freecycle) but looks like it's not done too much more than help fill a shed up.HomeOwnersHub website is not affiliated with any of the manufacturers or service providers discussed here.
