Would rs shielded bearings instead of zz be alright in gearbox of large angle grinder. I think they should be as I think rs sealed is rated 240 degrees fahreheit

Should be fine on the output shaft but motor shaft might be a bit fast - check speed ratings if you are changing the motor ones.

It is the small bearing on the output.
