removing and replacing Kitchen Tile $$$

I only need an educated ballpark figure here but how much should i expect to pay a seemingly honest contractor to remove and replace a ceramic tile floor from a kitchen that's 14 X 19. the contractor who plans to do it says he wants to move the kitchen cabinets also to get the old tile out from under and remove some baseboard to get the tile out from under there. he says that he may need to replace the plywood sub-flooring if necessary but won't know until the tile is up. then i'll have him lay the new 12" X 12" tile. i'm waiting for his proposal. by the way the tile is good stuff and costs $5 a square foot. Love to hear some opinions. Thanks in advance.
