Anyone know how to figure the amount of concrete that would be needed for a footer 68' by 30'?

You need to start providing more complete information. A volume calculation requires three dimensions, not two.

If the depth is 8" and this is an assumption (you know about those, don't ya?) it would be a little over 4 CY.

You left out what you were assuming for the width. For extra credit, calculate the yardage based on the three most common widths and graph the results
