What is the lining meant to achieve? If you just want to exclude damp then heavy duty polythene damp proof membrane will achieve that. If you want to insulate the walls to retain heat then you need Kingspan or similar wall insulation bats, and you will also need to insulate the roof. If you are planning on having a felt covered wooden roof then don't use cheap shed felt, get heavy duty roofing felt.
