I have one hot wire coming from the fuse panel. I want it to power two different wall switches.

I hope you meant to say "one cable". There are three individual wires in the cable. The switch interrupts the live (hot) wire. So, you'd wire these two switches in parallel. Are they in the same box? You'll most likely use twist nuts to connect neutral wires of the cable from the panel, and both the ceiling light cables. Then you'd twist-nut together their grounds. Then the hot wire from the panel would connect to the first switch and that switch hardware most likely has a second position, connected to the first. You'll take a short length of black wire and connect that second position on the first switch  to the second switch. Then connect the black (live) wires coming from the ceiling lights to the other ends of their respective  switches.
