it takes about every 8 months for this to happen to two windows in a bedroom and one window in the guest room which is on the back side of the house. a little water seepage near the windows and will usually deteriorate the wall. i would then have to spackle the wall to fix the deterioration.
after about roughly 8 months it will happen again
