Beleive it or not, tre or falsecopied from another group.Before you read to the end, does anybody know what the main ingredientof WD-40 is?Don't lie and don't cheat.WD-40. There are a fair few foul mouthed people here,, mostly not DIY types but trades people. They must be pretty annoyed to bother replying rather than go and make a cuppa.

I had paperwork that used to advise using WD 36 at work. That was about

20 years ago, though.

allergic to anything fishy an d I have been using WD 40 for a great number of years without any effects.

I hope not. I have used it in the past as a cold-start spray for lawnmowers and the like.
