I'm on the Board of my HOA, since 2013. Been living there since 1993. We have 62 buildings, 372 condo units, on 45 acres. Buildings are
30-40 years old now, so they need remodel/repair work. Somebody was getting new toilets and the worker was gonna throw the old one in a dumpster; another Board member saw it and yelled at the guy. Finally she told him to put it in the large holding area (24' by 24' fenced in). I ran into the guy by the holding area, not having witnessed the above. He told me about it, and said "If she had told me up front where to put it, I wouldn't have been so exasperated. I'm old, I'm tired, I want to go home." I said, "Yeah, I just turned 70, and I put on gloves and go out every day to see what needs to be done. Gotta stay active." He said: "Yeah, I found out that the couch is my enemy!"- posted
