We have a damp problem that we have been unable to resolve despite some fantastic advice from people on here. Just found out that our DPC guarantee is worthless as well so now we need a definitive (!) answer as to whats going on and what we can do.
what we need is a surveyor who has no affiliation with any type of damp product / company to come and have a look.
does anyone know such a person in the north west, particularly north lancashire?
