I am not normally a Sun reader but this caught my eye when scanning the front pages. According to the Sun the police say it is legal!!! I hope the guy is going to market it, I will have one.

Yep. If there *really* are old gits randomly pulling door handles of other peoples vehicles they deserve to be shocked.
