Shed Again

Hi Thanks for all your help last time,

The area i am putting the shed in is approx 36ft by 10ft and the shed will be 12ft by 8ft. As the ground is very uneven we decided to put a concrete foundation in the a two high concrete block wall which will be filled with concrete and rubbish from the footings. Would it be ok to make say a 12ft by 10ft 4inch frame which i can level with chippings etc and then lay concrete slabs on top with a cement mix. This would be directly in front of the shed so the height difference will not be noticed.

Thanks

Steve

Hi Steve,

Shutter the area you want to place your shed on, with timber battens and wooden spikes. Just a frame that wont leak any concrete. It should be about 110mm (4inches) thick all over and level. If you have to dig it in to get it level, then fine, do it, but make sure it's strong enough to keep the concrete in while it cures.
