Is there such a thing? The boiler I have to replace on Monday will haveone of its fixing holes in the hole which I'll have to block up from thelarge un-fanned flue of the boiler I'm replacing.There are various ways I could work around the problem but the ideal wouldbe a mortar that sets in, say, 30 mins - 1 hour.

The Wickes quick setting 10kg one does. Or get some vanilla cement andmake it with hot water. Or if youre really in a hurry, mix some oldplaster up and watch it flash set.NT

They make a very nice cuppa FYI.

We have 6 McD's in the Medway Towns, very handy for toilet & refreshment breaks.
