Power rating of a heat exchanger

How is the power rating of a water/water heat exchanger defined? I'm guessing there's some standard test conditions (that hopefully reflect actual usage) that define things like temperature and flow rate on the primary and secondary whilst measuring the power transfer?

What would be a typical value for such a central heating boiler derived heat-exch? (Or more specifically for a Vaillant measuring

200*75*40mm and a stack of 15 plates!)

Specs of a 50kW one here

combi one would be about half the power rating
