I have a potterton netaheat electronic boiler problem. When boiler is switches on, it ignites and heats up normally for 2 or 3 minutes and then switches off. The pilot light switches off as if the gas supply has been switched off. Pump is working ok, heating control is working ok, and thermostat is working ok.
Before this problem occured i connected a radiator, could this have cause the problem?
What is the problem with my boiler? How can I fix the problem? how much will it cost to fix?
The Neatheat does not have a permanent pilot light. This may be air in the system, stuck in the boiler. Try getting it out. If not then it may be the boiler stat way out of calibration. Crank it up to max and see if it stays on longer. Or, take out the phial and observe the boiler operation. If it stays on all the time then it is the stat.

Yes, you could have created an airlock which is preventing water flow
Sounds like the boiler is working as it should and that you just have a problem with water flow through the heat exchanger and it's overheating
If your pump IS working correctly, then it sounds like you have an airlock in the system ... which you will have to locate
What did you do to connect the radiator? Did you drain the system? If so are there any bleed points e.g. in the pipework around the hot water cylinder in the airing cupboard (or wherever) you've missed when you re-filled the system?
thank all for your help, my boiler is now working well. when I disconnected one of my Radiator, air got trapped in the heating system which caused the boiler to overheat hence the boiler kept cutting off. the solution, I bleed ed every radiator in the house and refilled the header tank in the loft. this fixed the problem.
