Potterton Neataheat cuts out as soon as Radiator Heat is required

My Potterton Neataheat boiler cuts out as soon as Radiator Heat is required. It is fine when just hot water is called for. New controller - no change Have set Motorised valve to 80% CH and 20% HW and am getting away with this by setting room Thermostat to 0. Any ideas as to WHY? I think there is a relay close to the Water Tank which I have not checked but still cannot understand what could be wrong. Is there a general wiring diagram for this anywhere? Any advice gratefully received

Try the main FAQ. I bet it's a failed three port valve?

Thanks for the suggestion. It turned out to be the 3Amp fuse in the Sunvic Terminal Box which also contains a relay I cannot think why the Hot Water would still fire up the system Maybe my wiring is wrong?
