I'm having a few problems with this boiler which is 7 -8 weeks old. It's providing heat and water via new pipework and radiators yet the Heat Exchanger(HE) gets clogged -up with what appears to be scale. The system has been flushed through 3 times and it has inhibitor in the system. As a precaution there is also a wire in-line filter on the the return side.
Any clues? I don't seem to be getting much help from the manufacturer!!
