Plywood machining service wanted.

A bit OT, no longer DIY but...

I want some 12mm plywood cut to size (about 300mm squareish) and drilled in about 10 places and with sanded edges. There are two different pieces, similar but not identical.

Easy, but I want around 100 off, good quality, no splinters and to include the supply of the wood.

What sort of person or company would do this? I don't even know what to Google.

Cheers

I know this firm says they do 'rotational moulding' but they also do 'precision woodworking' - no experience of them other than their name having stuck after seeing them on regionall TV - dunno if 100 pieces is worth their while or not?

A local joinery company would do it I imagine?

What you're asking for is fairly straightforward.

Sawing, sanding, and fabricating a jig to do the repeat drilling.

Having established a workflow to best achieve the above operations.

The only real question, is how much you're prepared to pay for these 100 pieces.

Which then leads on to two further questions.

Whether any supplier is prepared to match your price.

Or if not, how much more you're prepared to pay before

a) abandoning the project

b) doing it all yourself.

Try a local kitchen manufacturer or shop fitter. While they may not wish to tackle it themselves they will know local jobbing shops who might.

You can laser cut that easily (and rapidly, in quantity), but the edges tend to char. I assume that isn't the look you're after. CNC routing might be more in order.
