JOOI which bank? Lloyds did that to me, and when I laughed at the guy, then explained why I wasn't giving any data he said "You're right you know, but no-one else has ever said that"
My wife has no confidence in her ability to spot such a scam. Luckily she does have confidence me :)

I had a similar experience with RBS. When I phoned them, I found out it was a legitimate call.
On the other hand, when I rang my bank after a similar call, I found I was being contacted by a scammer!
Barclaycunts. It was them wot dun it. They said exactly te same thing to me.
