Sweden gets about a hectare of new land every year according to BBC Coast when Mr Umbrella filmed there. There are beaches in Scotland that are now many meters inland and well above sea level.

Post-glacial isostatic rebound, even noticeable in the UK tide gauge record. From BODC data for Lerwick tide gauge, between 1957 and 1999 mean sea level had risen 30 mm relative to the rising land there. But for Portsmouth between 1962 and 2002, the sea level relative to isostatic sinking Portsmouth ,had a 170mm rise.

Simply taking the average of 30 and 170mm and over about 40 years, gives a ball-park figure of sea level rise around the UK over those decades to be about 2.5mm per year, much like the global figure for those decades.

I would expect that in part, due to wind blown salt spray near the coast.

Sea level rise has coincided with persistent king tide flooding and changes in soil consistency. Sea level rise or land level sinking due to excessive water extraction for domestic purposes? The net result is the same, of course, but there's no reason why net sea levels around Florida should be rising any faster than anywhere else, so not attributable to climate change. It would be happening without that. Too many people retiring to Florida and needing water.

A 2020 Florida University study found that most of the land in Miami was not sinking appreciably, apart from a few low lying areas. The sinking of the tower block that fell was a notable exception to the general rule for its area.
