OT replacing a single running light on a Fiat 500

SWMBO's Fiat 500 has an offside "running light out". So... just change the bulb right! Seem the entire bumper has to come of and is fixed on by a mixture of torx and inaccessible self-tappers inside the wheel well. Pathetic really. No wonder Halfruads have a list of cars for which they will not offer to change the "bulbs".

Replace it with an LED.

Be glad it wasn't a TVR. You have to cut a hole in the front wheel arch liner, having removed the appropriate front wheel, to get at the front lights.

On a Fiat Punto (now scrapped, thank God) to change a bulb: Remove battery Remove fuse box (yes, really!) Replace bulb Put it all back together

Simple solution is not to buy that dreadful make.
