Your oil pump shaft seal is knackered. You need a new oil pump and will have to set the pressure up to suit your boiler after you fit it. Measure the pressure of the old one before you take it off. Your pump end motor bearing will need replacing too (6202zz)

Had the same problem myself a few years ago. From my recollection, the air shutter is opened/closed with an hydraulic fitting. This is powered off the oil pump by the kerosene/heating fuel - not oil I replaced the fitting - it was not expensive and was relatively easy to fit. It must be a common problem because the plumbing shop that I bought the part in knew exactly what I needed.
